Olyvia Gander, MA, RMHCI

Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

It can feel scary and overwhelming to trust a complete stranger with what seems like your biggest problems, especially when those problems feel like they’re consuming your whole life.

I use a holistic and personalized approach, drawing from CBT, Systemic Therapy, and Play Therapy to meet each client exactly where they are. My work is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in truly understanding each client’s unique story, needs, and goals.

By creating a safe, welcoming space and prioritizing a strong therapeutic relationship, I help clients feel more at ease so they can take meaningful steps forward, one at a time, toward the life they want. When working with children and teens, I also support parents when times are tough to help the whole family heal.
