Ollie Trac, MA, RMHCI
Master's Level Therapist
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Sometimes, you might not realize how much you are carrying until you get to a point where you need a place to put things down. That moment when you recognize you’ve been carrying so much often becomes the first step towards seeking support, even when the idea of opening up feels intimidating. This process can be incredibly vulnerable, and there is uncertainty in entrusting the most sacred and wounded parts of yourself or your family to a stranger.
My approach is strengths-based, client-focused and culturally sensitive, . My practice is informed by humanistic and play-based approaches that honor each client’s lived experiences, unique strengths, and therapeutic goals. I will work to attune to you and your family’s needs, and together we will move towards healing, growth, and meaningful change.
When working with families, I facilitate understanding through compassionate guidance, providing a steady space to hold the hardest parts of healing. I work collaboratively with parents to offer practical tools that can strengthen the parent-child relationship, and create a genuine space for each child that allows them to process challenges they are facing. For adults, I provide a safe space where we explore your story with curiosity and without judgement.
