Nathaniel Johnston, MS, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Many people today struggle with stress, anxiety, trauma, and the weight of expectations—whether in relationships, work, or performance. At times, they may feel isolated, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward.
I use a culturally informed, holistic, and evidence-based approach that integrates CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. For clients who wish, I also incorporate spirituality and meaning-making into the healing process. My goal is always to create a supportive, collaborative space where each client feels seen, heard, and empowered.
Clients gain clarity, resilience, and practical tools to support both their mental health and personal growth, helping them navigate challenges and move forward with greater balance and confidence.
