Morgan Pierce, MS, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin. They may feel pressure to have everything figured out, struggle with self-doubt, or find themselves navigating changes in life without knowing what comes next.
I take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that our mental, emotional, and physical well-being are all connected. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I take an individualized, person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are while helping them better understand themselves, recognize patterns, and develop tools that work for their unique needs and goals.
My goal is to help clients feel more confident in themselves and their ability to navigate life's challenges. Through building self-awareness, practicing self-compassion, and creating meaningful change. I hope clients leave therapy feeling more empowered, supported, and comfortable being themselves.

Experience
Morgan earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Her interest in mental health began with a personal curiosity and desire to better understand human behavior, emotions, and the ways we connect with ourselves and others.
She spent three years working with a nonprofit organization specializing in LGBTQ+ health, providing affirming care to individuals navigating identity, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. Her clinical experience also includes individual and group therapy in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings.
Morgan is particularly passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those experiencing high-functioning anxiety. She incorporates a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. She believes in creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting growth.
More than just my work:
Outside of being a therapist, I love spending time outdoors, whether that's going for a walk with my dog, practicing yoga or Pilates, or enjoying time by the water. I also love cooking, baking, and traveling. I believe there's something really valuable about finding little moments of joy in our everyday lives, even when life feels overwhelming.
