When a client has experienced trauma, they think they have to live with that emotional and physical pain forever. They experience hyper-vigilance, nightmares, trauma triggers, and may think this is how it will be for the rest of their life.

I specialize in trauma work using accelerated resolution therapy, and other therapeutic tools, to help clients process trauma and eliminate negative sensations that are associated with it.

Clients do not have to live with the physical and emotional pain that they have been carrying. True healing comes when we can utilize a specialized trauma technique to process negative sensations associated with a trauma. Clients are then able to move forward to improve their quality of life.
