Everyday stressors can have such an effect on our mental health. We can feel defeated, lost, or even hopeless. At times it can feel that our mental health is a beast that we cannot navigate.

By using a person-centered approach, I will meet you right where you are. I utilize evidence-based practices to support each client's needs. By creating a strength-based approach we can focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance.

I work diligently to have a safe and comfortable environment for clients to unpack their mental health concerns. My goal is to help clients achieve their goals for their mental health and walk with them through their therapeutic journey.
