Cobi Hamp, MA, NCC, RMHCI
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Life can sometimes feel heavy and exhausting. For many, the thought of starting therapy brings feelings of isolation and uncertainty. Many people feel unsure if anyone will truly understand them. That hesitation can make reaching out feel daunting and even lonely.
My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I blend evidence-based practices such as DBT, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness practices to support each client’s individual needs and goals.
My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can openly explore life’s challenges and reflect on their journey. I am here to support clients as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful goals.
