Alexis “Lexi” Tomczyk, MA
Masters Level Therapist
Many clients struggle to trust and open up in therapy. Whether it's due to fear, past experiences, or uncertainty, they often worry about being judged or misunderstood, which can make it hard to fully engage in the process. It is so important to me to create a space of non judgment and safety as be begin our journey together.
I meet clients with empathy, patience, and a nonjudgmental attitude, allowing them to move at their own pace. I prioritize building a strong, genuine, and trusting therapeutic relationship from the beginning. I utilize a strengths-based and client-centered approach in our work together. We go at your pace throughout the process and I am there every step of the way.
I strive to help you or your child feel safe and understood; as we work towards building confidence, gain deeper insight, and make meaningful progress in your healing journey.
